Account Activation / Login Help

PebblePost provides access to the Performance Dashboard to its active brands only. You should already have an email invitation to activate your Performance Dashboard account from noreply@pebblepost.com via Okta, an external authentication provider. Simply follow the instructions in the email and you will have easy and secure access to your account. 

  • If you did not receive an email from noreply@pebblepost.com via Okta, please reach out to your PebblePost account team.
  • If you are signing in for the first time, please follow the steps below to activate your account. 
  • If you already have an account and are having trouble signing in, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue.

Logging in for the first time?

Please follow the steps below to set up your account access.

  • You should already have an email invitation to activate your Performance Dashboard account from noreply@pebblepost.com via Okta, an external authentication provider. The subject line is: Welcome to the PebblePost Performance Dashboard! If you did not receive an email from noreply@pebblepost.com via Okta, please reach out to your PebblePost account team.
  • Open the email and click on the Activate Account button.
  • Once you click the button, you will be brought to the sign up page to complete the account creation process.
  • Follow the instructions to set up your account password, and the secrets to confirm your identity if you need to reset your password.

  • PebblePost requires 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) for completing your account setup. You have the option to use either your mobile device or your email to receive the 2FA information. Please note that the mobile number used for the account setup will also be used for any subsequent password recovery.

  • If you need any assistance during the process, please reach out to your PebblePost account team and we’ll get the whole thing sorted out.

Forgot your password?

  • Go to pdm.pebblepost.com and click on Need help signing in?.
  • Then click on Forgot Password?.
  • Enter the email address you used as your login in the Email or Username box. Next, click on either Reset via SMS or Reset via Email depending on your preferred option.
  • You will receive a text message sent to the phone number or an email sent to your email address. The 2FA information will be sent only to the email or phone number associated with your account.
  • Enter the code in the box.
  • If the code is valid, you will be prompted to create your new password. Enter the password and click Reset Password. This will update you password and take you to the reports page of the dashboard.

Forgot your login? 

  • Your login should be your work email address. If your work email address changes, please reach out to your PebblePost account team and we’ll update your contact information.

Removing access

  • If you need to remove a specific user’s access to your company’s account, please reach out to your PebblePost account team.
